Refund Policy
All digital products sold by Ski Across Japan, including the Japan Powder Guide, are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing and make sure you understand that you are purchasing a digital product.
